The entrance lobby is the first point of contact between the residents, their guests and the building. The project was therefore developed with a focus on creating a welcoming, contemporary and representative atmosphere.
The space combines clear functional organization with a strong visual identity. Materials, lighting and furniture were carefully selected to create a sense of quality and refinement while maintaining the practicality required of a shared entrance space.
The aim was to make the lobby more than simply a transitional area, but a natural extension of the building's architecture - a space that establishes its character from the very first moment.

Spatial planning and furniture layout.
The layout was developed to provide intuitive circulation and easy orientation from the moment of entering the building. The functional areas are clearly organized, while the space remains open and welcoming without compromising its representative character.
FLOOR PLAN
When designing a shared space, the key is to balance a strong visual presence with everyday functionality.
The project was planned to make circulation, access and the use of the space feel natural and intuitive, while materials, lighting and carefully considered details shape the overall character of the entrance.
