A spacious private residence designed around a sense of calm, comfort and visual cohesion.
With a larger footprint, one of the main challenges is creating clearly defined areas without losing the feeling of one cohesive home. The project therefore establishes a natural connection between the different spaces through a consistent material and colour palette, clean forms and carefully considered details.
Functionality is given equal importance to aesthetics, with each area planned around the way it will be used while contributing to the overall character of the home.

Spatial planning and furniture layout.
With a larger footprint, the main challenge was to clearly define the different functions while maintaining a sense of one cohesive home. The layout creates a natural sequence between the shared and more private areas, with careful consideration given to circulation and everyday comfort.
FLOOR PLAN
The project was developed as a cohesive system in which spatial planning, furniture, lighting and materials work together.
In a home of this scale, thoughtful planning allows each area to have its own character and purpose while maintaining a visual connection between the different spaces.
The aim was to create a balance between sophistication and comfort - a home that makes a strong visual impression while remaining natural, practical and suited to everyday life.
