The project management fee is calculated on a monthly basis and depends on the scope, complexity and duration of the project.
For those who manage the renovation themselves but want professional oversight of how the interior design is being implemented.
Author’s supervision includes site visits after the completion of pre-defined stages of the works, during which we check whether the completed work corresponds to the approved design and project documentation.

Charged per m² or per site visit
Author’s supervision can be calculated based on the property size or as a fixed fee for each individual site visit.
The appropriate pricing method depends on the specifics and stage of the project.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
PREPARATION
We review the project, technical documentation, scope of work and the current stage of the property.
COORDINATION
For Project Management, we coordinate contractors, suppliers, orders, deliveries and the sequence of works.
FINAL DETAILS
We coordinate the final stages, installations and finishing details through to the completion of the project.
IMPLEMENTATION
We monitor the process on site, coordinate the necessary actions and assist with questions and issues that arise.
For Author’s Supervision, site visits take place after the completion of pre-defined stages of the works.
HOW WE WORK
Kubit Studio manages and coordinates the implementation process according to the level of service selected.
The actual construction, installation and specialist works are carried out by contractors and tradespeople selected according to the specific project.
Our role is to provide clear communication, organised coordination and an implementation process aligned with the interior design.
