A project for the living area, kitchen and hallway of an investment apartment, developed with a focus on functionality, visual cohesion and efficient use of space.
The scope includes the main shared areas of the home - the living area, kitchen and hallway, covering a total of 42 m². The aim was to organize these spaces as one cohesive whole, giving each area a clear purpose while creating a consistent visual identity through materials, colours and furniture.
For an investment property, practicality and a balanced selection of solutions are particularly important. The design therefore combines a contemporary aesthetic with functional materials and carefully considered furniture, suited to everyday use and easy maintenance.

Spatial planning and furniture layout.
The layout covers the living area, kitchen and hallway, which were organized as one cohesive visual and functional whole. The main focus was on creating a smooth connection between the different areas and making the most efficient use of the available 42 m².
FLOOR PLAN
The project was developed around the idea of making several key areas work together as one cohesive space.
The living area and kitchen were planned to provide comfort and clear functionality, while the hallway naturally continues the material and colour concept. Every element was carefully considered in relation to proportion, circulation and the visual lightness of the space.
THE APPROACH
